Care instructions:

Use a Chef knife for best results.

  • Boards should be rinsed with water after every use.

  • When necessary rub board down with course salt. This removes odors and smooths the boards surface.

  • Condition board every two months with butcher block conditioner containing natural mineral oils, bees wax, and carnauba wax. These are easily found at hardware stores.

  • When using board for meats follow prior instructions and use liquid detergent to wash and rinse. It is recommended to oil more often if detergent is used.

  • Never put in dishwasher or allow to dry on a towel as this will cause warping. Each board has feet to allow airflow and and will quickly dry on the countertop.
